The History of BMG

Originally, named “Only You” Denise Parrillo spent a great deal of time helping Fibromyalgia Patients utilizing her skills as an accomplished hypnotist and behaviorist.  While building her practice she gave considerable time volunteering her services to those whom could not afford the traditional service fees.  One day, a client was caught shoplifting and probation mandated her to get counseling.  Unfortunately, the women wanted help but could not find an offense specific counseling center.  Trying to help her client, Denise tried to find a center and was unsuccessful.

This sparked a thought which in no time blossomed into an idea and the decision was made to offer help and assistance in a specific field for shoplifting.  Following a due diligence study, “Only You” was reinvented and given a new name Behavioral Management Group.  All materials were revised to specifically address shoplifting issues.  Prototype programs were given to probation executive staff as well as individual offices associated with the court system.  Having a favorable response from everyone who reviewed the material gave the confidence to go forward.

Since January 96, our reputation for effectiveness, efficiency, detailed reporting, and a genuine concern for our client’s best interest has made BMG the preferred program for probation officers, courts and many private and public attorneys throughout Southern California.  We are listed as a referral in the Los Angeles Mental Health Services and Info Line (211 information line).  Most recently, we have incorporated and now known as Behavioral Management Group Incorporated.

To date, Behavioral Management Group Inc. has successfully helped adults and juveniles deal with behavior problems.  We have tailored and customized our programs to specifically address the issues of individuals whom cannot find balance within today's fast moving and challenging society.  Progressively expanding on our reputation, we service private clients and court ordered offenders in Los Angeles, Ventura, Antelope, San Gabriel, Riverside, and Orange Counties.
