Denise A. Parrillo

Counselor
Director/CFO

For the last fourteen years, Denise Parrillo has owned and operated Behavioral Management Group Incorporated (BMG), an alternative sentencing and private counseling business located in Los Angeles County.  Ms. Parrillo is a graduate from the College of Behavioral Science of Southern California.  Within the legal system, she is highly respected in her field of intervention and rehabilitation specifically in areas of theft, anger management, domestic violence, and inappropriate sexual behaviors.  Her approach to rehabilitation counseling and program curriculum are highly regarded by the legal and mental health community.  She continually strategizes with professional counsel, defense strategy with the Los Angeles Probation, Public Defender and District Attorney Office, Los Angeles Courts, Private Attorneys, Los Angeles Drug and Alcohol, and the Los Department of Mental Health. 

Ms. Parrillo has provided hundreds of recommendations to the Courts and to private attorneys.  Her services include the planning and implementation of rehabilitation, treatment programs, and referrals to appropriate resources.  The primary goal is reducing recidivism through rehabilitation.  She prepares strategies and reports for pre-sentencing, pre-plea bargains and assists Private Defense Attorneys. 

She is a member of the American Certified Association of Counselors, Certified Domestic Counselor, and Certified Los Angeles Counselor for Child Supervision, Visitation, and Monitoring.  She is also a consultant to the Los Angeles Department of Mental Health for intervention and rehabilitation for juvenile and adult offenders.  She also has worked with organizations such as the Los Angeles Police Department Dart Team for Domestic Violence, Info line of Los Angeles, Los Angeles Unified School District, Los Angles Drug and Alcohol and Los Department of Mental Health. 

Ms. Parrillo is a graduate of HMI and an accomplished master in hypnosis helping and assisting the medical field in self-help and holistic medicine.  She earned her post-secondary teaching credential at HMI accredited college and research center.
 
In her earlier years, she served for twelve years on the Board of Directors and held a Vice President position in Human Resources for Comp U Clean Corporation.  This company serviced Corporate Data Centers throughout the United States and was recognized in the field of contamination control and data integrity during the data processing (main frame) era. 

Lorenzo A. Parrillo

CEO

Entrepreneur with a proven ability to create, develop, manage and operate small business.  Self-confident, resourceful, skilled in decision making, with strong interpersonal skills.  Twenty-one years of experience in development and management of three privately owned corporations, specializing in data storage management, computer facility maintenance and/or computer security.  As a small business owner, extensive experience in business management, financing and cash flow, product marketing and sales, business/contract negotiations, and personnel management.

Held a position of CEO/Inventor of a designed and patented access control technology entitled "Method and Apparatus for Improving Security using Access Codes.”  Following two-years, Research & Development Secura-Code Corporation introduced to the telecommunication market as privately owned company specializing in computer security and electronic corporate asset protection.  This worldwide patent is the basis for Secura-Code Corporation. 

Earlier Created and managed the Comp U Clean Corporation also holding a position of CEO.  Comp U Clean was first company of its kind specializing in data storage integrity and computer facilities environmental control in the United States and Europe.  Comp U Clean offered a systematic and safe procedure to assess damage potential, inspect code violations, identify, and remove harmful molecule contaminants from major corporate data centers.

Created, developed, and managed Precision Data Maintenance Corporation and held the Position of CEO.  PDMI was the only company in the United States and Europe specializing in data recovery from physically damaged disk storage devices.  Responsible for the development of corporate strategies, profit and loss, general management, and day-to-day operations.  Developed a protected techniques and solutions to retrieve data from damaged disk drives. 

David A. Parrillo

Vice President of Strategic Planning

Has a B.S. Degree in Business Administration/Business Law, Graduated Cum Laude from California State University, Currently working for Milwaukie Tool Corporation, with National Accounts. David also serves on the Board of Directors of Behavioral Management Group Incorporated.

Peter Basta

Vice President Computer Technology

Has a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering, from California State University, Currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering. Presently employed by Haas Automation (D&D Engineering & Product Demonstrator/Sales). In addition, Peter is Vice President of Communications & Data Processing.

Maria T. Alvarez

Behavioral Consultant / Spanish Translator

Maria started with our organization March of 2008, since then she has proven herself as a proficient and dedicated individual whom has become an intricate part of our organization. Maria is responsible for coordinating all program scheduling and fee collections. In addition, Maria translates for Spanish speaking clients and markets Behavioral Management Group Inc. programs to individuals within the community. Her dedication and drive to succeed has exceeded beyond our expectations.

Claudia Valencia

Associate Counselor / Spanish Translator

Claudia is the latest addition to our family. With two years completed, she is attending Los Angeles Trade Technology in Child Development. While attending college, she will be counseling as an intern, translating, and attending to office duties.
